I co-founded Atheryon and lead our M&A Transaction Services practice. With more than 25 years of experience across Australia, the UK and the US, I advise corporate and private equity clients on acquisitions, divestments, separations, integrations and business transformations that unlock enterprise value.

Having held senior executive leadership roles across banking, wealth and NBFIs, I bring first-hand experience leading complex transactions in highly regulated environments. My expertise spans transaction strategy, operating model design, carve-out and separation planning, integration execution, business readiness and post-deal stabilisation.

I work closely with boards, executive teams and deal sponsors to navigate critical transaction events, translating strategic intent into executable plans and ensuring value is realised through disciplined delivery. My approach combines commercial pragmatism, operational rigour and deep transformation experience to help clients manage risk, accelerate outcomes and achieve sustainable results.

I co-founded Atheryon and lead our Data, Transformation & AI practice. With more than 25 years of experience spanning engineering, financial markets, data platforms and large-scale transformation, I help organisations modernise their data foundations, accelerate decision-making and unlock value through AI-enabled solutions.

My career has combined deep technical expertise with executive delivery leadership across global investment banks and major Australian financial institutions. I have led the design and delivery of mission-critical risk, market data, analytics and regulatory platforms in highly regulated environments, enabling organisations to improve performance, strengthen governance and manage risk at scale.

My experience includes delivering market-leading front-office risk, P&L attribution, market data and analytics platforms supporting Fixed Income, Equities, FX and Rates businesses globally. I have successfully recovered large-scale transformation programs, established high-performing data product organisations and built platforms supporting regulatory reporting, surveillance and enterprise decision-making.

Combining expertise in data, engineering, AI and transformation, I help clients deliver measurable results while maintaining the governance, controls and operational discipline required in critical environments.
